WHAT TO EXPECT: Before the Consultation Discovery Call: A brief conversation to understand your goals, style, and expectations. Design Questionnaire: Helps us uncover your preferences and functional needs. Preparation: We review your inputs and plan for the consultation. Travel expenses (if applicable) are invoiced in advance. During the Consultation Site Visit or Drawing Review: We assess the space on-site or review architectural drawings, taking measurements where necessary. Design Dialogue: A collaborative discussion about your vision, lifestyle, and design goals. Initial Concepts: We explore ideas through curated mood boards, sketches, and samples. After the Consultation Statement of Work (SOW): A clear outline of the project scope, timeline, and budget. Follow-Up Review: We walk you through the SOW and address any questions or adjustments. Pre-Purchase Agreement
This Pre-Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NAS Design Studio Ltd. ("Designer," "we," "us," or "our") and the Client ("you" or "your"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which design services and packages ("Services") are offered by NAS Design Studio. 1. Services Description: NAS Design Studio offers tailored interior design services and packages to meet the unique needs and visions of our clients. Services may include, but are not limited to, discovery calls, initial consultations, full-service design projects, procurement, and project administration from concept to completion. 2. Payment Terms: Fees: The fees for Services will be detailed in a separate Service Proposal, Invoice, Statement of Work and/or Interior Design Service Contract provided to you based on the specific Services selected. 3. Scheduling and Deliverables: Specific timelines and deliverables will be detailed in your Service Proposal. 4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation by Client: If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments may be partially refundable based on work completed. Cancellation by Designer: If we cancel, you will be refunded for services not rendered. 5. Intellectual Property Designs remain our property until full payment. Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use the designs as agreed. 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project details, unless required by law to disclose. 7. Limitation of Liability: We will perform our Services with professional care but are not liable for indirect damages that may be caused. 9.
