Design Questionnaire: Helps us capture your style, needs, and existing decor. Preparation: We review your responses and prepare ideas. We’ll also ensure you’re comfortable with the virtual meeting tools. During the Consultation Virtual Walkthrough: We guide you through taking measurements and assess the layout via video. Design Dialogue: A collaborative conversation about your vision and lifestyle. Initial Concepts: We share ideas using digital mood boards, sketches, and visual references. After the Consultation Statement of Work (SOW): Outlines the proposed scope, budget, and timeline. Follow-Up Review: A video call to walk through the SOW and answer any questions. Pre-Purchase Agreement
This Pre-Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") is made between NAS Design Studio Ltd. ("Designer," "we," "us," or "our") and the Client ("you" or "your"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which design services and packages ("Services") are offered by NAS Design Studio. 1. Services Description: NAS Design Studio offers tailored interior design services and packages to meet the unique needs and visions of our clients. Services may include, but are not limited to, discovery calls, initial consultations, full-service design projects, procurement, and project administration from concept to completion. 2. Payment Terms: Fees: The fees for Services will be detailed in a separate Service Proposal, Invoice, Statement of Work and/or Interior Design Service Contract provided to you based on the specific Services selected. 3. Scheduling and Deliverables: Specific timelines and deliverables will be detailed in your Service Proposal. 4. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation by Client: If canceled, the deposit is non-refundable. Additional payments may be partially refundable based on work completed. Cancellation by Designer: If we cancel, you will be refunded for services not rendered. 5. Intellectual Property Designs remain our property until full payment. Upon full payment, you gain the rights to use the designs as agreed. 6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of project details, unless required by law to disclose. 7. Limitation of Liability: We will perform our Services with professional care but are not liable for indirect damages that may be caused. 9.
